\u0218i &#8211; \u00een ciuda efortului \u0219i a dificult\u0103\u021bilor &#8211; s\u0103 sim\u021bi\u021bi o senza\u021bie de m\u0103iestrie, relaxare \u0219i<br \/>\n\u00eencredere?Adic\u0103 sarcina s\u0103 fie intrinsec satisf\u0103c\u0103toare?<\/p>\n<p>Dac\u0103 &#8211; a\u0219a cum sper &#8211; vi s-a \u00eent\u00e2mplat acest lucru, \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 a\u021bi experimentat a\u0219a-numita &#8222;stare de flow&#8221;, o stare de spirit care este \u00een acela\u0219i timp cauz\u0103 \u0219i efect al unei performan\u021be de v\u00e2rf, o stare \u00een care putem<br \/>\naccesa resurse de la un alt nivel, o stare \u00een care temerile \u0219i limit\u0103rile obi\u0219nuite nu mai au efect, blocajele dispar \u0219i ne putem exprima la maximum, \u0219tiind c\u0103 ne putem baza pe un nucleu interior de autenticitate care percepe realitatea &#8211; \u0219i o evalueaz\u0103, \u0219i r\u0103spunde la ea &#8211; cu o precizie \u0219i o vitez\u0103 infinit mai mari dec\u00e2t g\u00e2ndirea ra\u021bional\u0103 obi\u0219nuit\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Aceast\u0103 stare mental\u0103 este bine cunoscut\u0103 de mii de ani \u0219i fiecare sportiv, dansator, artist, scriitor, interpret a \u00eencercat s\u0103 ofere o descriere personal\u0103 a acesteia: unii vorbesc despre a fi &#8222;\u00een zon\u0103&#8221; sau &#8222;\u00een ritm&#8221;, al\u021bii<br \/>\ndespre extaz sau stare de gra\u021bie&#8230; iar mae\u0219trii de arte mar\u021biale vorbesc despre mushin, &#8222;f\u0103r\u0103 minte&#8221; sau despre mizu no kokoro, &#8222;mintea ca apa&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen calitate de formator, antrenor \u0219i consultant, am fost \u00eentotdeauna interesat de performan\u021b\u0103 \u0219i de metodele de \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bire a acesteia \u0219i, de fiecare dat\u0103 c\u00e2nd am aprofundat, am \u00eent\u00e2lnit acest &#8222;concept de flux&#8221;, chiar dac\u0103 a fost denumit cu nume diferite. Acest concept mi s-a p\u0103rut absolut fascinant \u0219i am devenit convins c\u0103 aceast\u0103 &#8222;stare de flux&#8221; este adev\u0103rata cheie pentru a ob\u021bine rezultate excelente \u00een orice tip de activitate.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen ultimele decenii, un profesor \u0219i cercet\u0103tor de la Universitatea Columbia cu un nume impronun\u021babil, Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi (deloc surprinz\u0103tor, to\u021bi studen\u021bii \u0219i colaboratorii s\u0103i \u00eei spuneau &#8222;Dr. C&#8221;&#8230;), a f\u0103cut numeroase cercet\u0103ri \u00een acest domeniu, a studiat nenum\u0103ra\u021bi sportivi \u0219i performeri din diferite domenii \u0219i a publicat un num\u0103r mare de c\u0103r\u021bi despre aceast\u0103 stare de spirit.<\/p>\n<p>Am o mare admira\u021bie pentru &#8222;Dr. C&#8221; \u0219i am citit multe dintre lucr\u0103rile \u0219i c\u0103r\u021bile sale; cu toate acestea, mi se pare c\u0103 nu a avut curajul s\u0103 treac\u0103 pragul dincolo de care ideile sale ar fi cu adev\u0103rat revolu\u021bionare. Adic\u0103 se limiteaz\u0103 la a descrie starea de flow ca pe ceva extraordinar, rezervat doar performerilor de elit\u0103 \u0219i care apare din \u00eent\u00e2mplare, ca prin magie, f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 realizeze c\u0103, \u00een realitate, este o stare absolut natural\u0103, chiar cea mai natural\u0103 stare a omului, o stare \u00een care se afl\u0103 orice copil p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd este robotizat de educa\u021bia clasic\u0103, ceea ce explic\u0103, de altfel, de ce copiii \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 at\u00e2t de repede \u0219i ob\u021bin instinctiv performan\u021be extraordinare.<\/p>\n<p>Pornind de la studiile profesorului Csikszentmihalyi, am dezvoltat \u0219i extins lucr\u0103rile acestuia pentru a desprinde o serie de principii care pot fi utilizate ca o list\u0103 de verificare \u0219i, mai ales, o serie de exerci\u021bii cu aplicare practic\u0103 imediat\u0103, pentru a beneficia de avantajele pe care aceast\u0103 stare de spirit le ofer\u0103 celor care au nevoie de performan\u021be ridicate \u00een activit\u0103\u021bile lor.<\/p>\n<p>Sistematizarea pe care am realizat-o am denumit-o &#8222;Fluxogenics&#8221; \u0219i, \u00eentruc\u00e2t se bazeaz\u0103 pe cele mai recente descoperiri despre creier, unele dintre concluziile la care am ajuns pot p\u0103rea \u00eentr-adev\u0103r surprinz\u0103toare.<\/p>\n<p>Nu exist\u0103 suficient spa\u021biu aici pentru a vorbi despre neurofiziologia, psihologia evolutiv\u0103 \u0219i modularitatea min\u021bii; pentru a simplifica, putem spune c\u0103 mintea &#8211; departe de a fi un sistem unitar &#8211; este alc\u0103tuit\u0103 dintr-un num\u0103r enorm de rutine, subrutine, subsisteme, re\u021bele, reac\u021bii programate etc., fiecare dintre ele evolu\u00e2nd pentru a face fa\u021b\u0103 provoc\u0103rilor mediului, fiecare dintre ele func\u021bion\u00e2nd perfect \u00een scopul cre\u0219terii \u0219anselor noastre de supravie\u021buire \u00een acest mediu.<\/p>\n<p>Con\u0219tiin\u021ba ra\u021bional\u0103 &#8211; acel &#8222;eu&#8221; care ne face oameni \u0219i de care suntem at\u00e2t de m\u00e2ndri &#8211; nu este altceva dec\u00e2t cel mai recent dintre aceste &#8222;module mentale&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>\u0218i dac\u0103 mintea ra\u021bional\u0103 &#8211; cu capacitatea sa fantastic\u0103 de a crea modele explicative \u0219i previzionale ale realit\u0103\u021bii &#8211; este cea care a f\u0103cut posibil\u0103 dezvoltarea social\u0103 \u0219i tehnologic\u0103, din acela\u0219i motiv aceast\u0103 minte &#8211; atunci c\u00e2nd este suprautilizat\u0103 &#8211; este cea care creeaz\u0103 anxietate, stres, \u00eendoieli, temeri, critic\u0103 \u0219i care &#8211; \u00een cele din urm\u0103 &#8211; paralizeaz\u0103 un mecanism perfect precum organismul uman.<\/p>\n<p>A\u0219adar, departe de a fi ceva extraordinar, ceea ce eu consider starea de flux este doar o stare \u00een care diferitele p\u0103r\u021bi ale min\u021bii, \u00een loc s\u0103 ac\u021bioneze independent \u00eentr-un mod dezorganizat, se mi\u0219c\u0103 \u00een aceea\u0219i direc\u021bie c\u0103tre un obiectiv comun; o stare \u00een care partea ra\u021bional\u0103 a min\u021bii &#8211; \u00een loc s\u0103 ne paralizeze performan\u021ba cu \u00eendoieli, critici, temeri, g\u00e2nduri negative \u0219i a\u0219a mai departe &#8211; \u00ee\u0219i face adev\u0103rata treab\u0103, \u0219i anume s\u0103 aleag\u0103 obiective \u0219i direc\u021bii \u0219i apoi s\u0103 lase celelalte p\u0103r\u021bi ale min\u021bii &#8211; acum aliniate \u0219i concentrate &#8211; s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i fac\u0103 treaba f\u0103r\u0103 blocaje inutile.<\/p>\n<p>Dac\u0103 v\u0103 place metafora, mintea ra\u021bional\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 ac\u021bioneze ca un dirijor de orchestr\u0103, care d\u0103 indica\u021bii, tempo, interpretare, dar apoi las\u0103 muzicienii s\u0103 c\u00e2nte f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 intervin\u0103 \u00een partea mecanic\u0103 a muncii.<\/p>\n<p>Desigur, aceasta nu este o sarcin\u0103 simpl\u0103, iar realizarea acestei separ\u0103ri \u00eentre deciziile ra\u021bionale \u0219i execu\u021bie este exact scopul antrenamentului mental \u00een artele mar\u021biale; acela\u0219i scop al p\u0103r\u021bii mai tehnice a fluxogeniei.<\/p>\n<p>Oricum, chiar dac\u0103 nu putem provoca direct starea de flux, putem verifica dac\u0103 sunt \u00eendeplinite condi\u021biile principale care fac posibil\u0103 starea de flux:<\/p>\n<p>-relaxare mental\u0103 \u0219i fizic\u0103<\/p>\n<p>-obiective bine stabilite, cu reguli clare de verificare a rezultatelor<\/p>\n<p>-concentrarea absolut\u0103 asupra aspectelor determinante ale performan\u021bei, l\u0103s\u00e2nd deoparte ceea ce nu este relevant pentru atingerea obiectivului<\/p>\n<p>-atunci c\u00e2nd este posibil, feedback imediat cu privire la efectul ac\u021biunilor, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t acestea s\u0103 poat\u0103 fi modificate momentan pentru a ob\u021bine rezultatul maxim<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; echilibru \u00eentre nivelul de capacitate \u0219i provocare: activitatea este suficient de dificil\u0103 pentru a solicita<br \/>\nutilizarea tuturor resurselor noastre, dar nu at\u00e2t de dificil\u0103 \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 fie perceput\u0103 ca imposibil\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 produc\u0103 frustrare<\/p>\n<p>-st\u0103p\u00e2nirea deplin\u0103 a aspectului tehnic al interpret\u0103rii \u0219i, \u00een consecin\u021b\u0103, un nivel ridicat de \u00eencredere<\/p>\n<p>Dac\u0103 ne putem concentra aten\u021bia asupra acestor aspecte, poate c\u0103 ne vom da seama c\u0103 starea de flux nu este ceva misterios rezervat unei elite a performerilor de v\u00e2rf, ci ceva ce putem folosi cu rezultate bune \u00een via\u021ba personal\u0103 \u0219i profesional\u0103;
