Este singura.&#8221;<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Albert Schweitzer<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Articolele despre coaching se \u00eenmul\u021besc, \u0219i se pare c\u0103 s-a declan\u0219at o competi\u021bie \u00een a furniza defini\u021bii despre ce ar trebui s\u0103 fac\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 nu fac\u0103 un coach, ce este \u0219i ce nu este coaching-ul, care trebuie \u0219i care nu trebuie s\u0103 fie tehnicile folosite, care este \u0219i nu este parcursul de formare optimal, care este \u0219i care nu federa\u021bia cea mai buna, s.a.m.d.<\/p>\n<p>Nu adaug vocea mea la acest cor, mai ales c\u0103 am recitit articolele mele de anul trecut \u0219i nu pot dec\u00e2t s\u0103 confirm\u2013 cu mai multa for\u021b\u0103, daca dori\u021bi\u2013 ceea ce deja am scris: <em>\u201cun coach este \u00een primul rand un antrenor personal, ce i\u021bi permite s\u0103 atingi un nivel de performante care ar fi imposibil de atins muncind singur, iar concentrarea asupra performantei \u0219i rezultatele concrete sunt cele care definesc munca de coach a\u0219a cum o \u00een\u021beleg eu\u201d<\/em>.<br \/>\nEventual, pe baza acestei defini\u021bii, nu pot s\u0103 ascund c\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2n foarte sceptic c\u00e2nd v\u0103d c\u00e2t de multa aten\u021bie se da la aspectele formale (federa\u021bii, parcursuri, procedeuri, ore de formare, s.a.m.d) \u0219i c\u00e2t de putina la ceea ce \u00eentr-adev\u0103r conteaz\u0103, adic\u0103 ce rezultate ob\u021bin \u00eentr-adev\u0103r clien\u021bii care apeleaz\u0103 la noi.<\/p>\n<p>Adic\u0103, m\u0103 scuza\u021bi daca insist asupra acestui concept, dar daca citesc c\u0103 lucrul cel mai important pentru a-\u021bi alege un coach este s\u0103 \u0219tii din ce federa\u021bie face parte \u0219i cate ore de formare are, este c\u0103 \u0219i cum \u021bi-ai alege o melodie verific\u00e2nd din ce asocia\u021bie face parte compozitorul \u0219i cate ore i-a luat s\u0103 o scrie: criteriul acesta mi se pare c\u00e2t se poate de departe de conceptul meu de calitate, \u0219i nu m\u0103 convinge deloc. \u00cenc\u0103 o data, tot ce mi se par interesante sunt rezultatele concrete care se ob\u021bin, restul fiind palavrageli. Firesc, este o p\u0103rere strict personala.<\/p>\n<p>Acestea fiind spuse, mi se pune destul de des \u00eentrebarea \u201ccare este, dup\u0103 p\u0103rerea ta, principala calitate personala pe care trebuie s\u0103 o aib\u0103 un coach daca vrea s\u0103 fie de succes \u00een activitatea lui \u0219i s\u0103 ob\u021bin\u0103 \u2013 tocmai \u2013 rezultate de la client?\u201d<br \/>\n\u00cen privin\u021b\u0103 asta nu am nici cea mai mica \u00eendoial\u0103, \u0219i r\u0103spunsul este \u2013 pentru mul\u021bi \u2013 c\u00e2t se poate de deranjator: <strong>condi\u021bia \u201csine qva non\u201d pentru a fi un bun coach este coerenta dintre ceea ce spui \u0219i ceea ce faci!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cF\u0103 ce spune popa \u0219i nu ce face popa\u201d<\/em> se pare c\u0103 este o atitudine c\u00e2t se poate de r\u0103sp\u00e2ndit\u0103 la orice nivel, \u0219i poate asta explica de ce at\u00e2ta lumea vrea s\u0103 se ocupe de consultanta, training, coaching, counseling, mentoring, \u0219i cine mai \u0219tie ce. Poate se considera c\u0103 e mult mai comod s\u0103 spunem celorlati ce au de f\u0103cut, dec\u00e2t s\u0103 facem noi.<br \/>\nE adev\u0103rat, po\u021bi s\u0103 fi un medic foarte bun \u0219i totu\u0219i s\u0103 fii tu \u00eensuti bolnav; po\u021bi s\u0103 fi un consultat de cuplu extraordinar \u0219i totu\u0219i via\u021b\u0103 ta personala s\u0103 fie un dezastru; po\u021bi s\u0103 fi un antrenor de basket \u0219i totu\u0219i s\u0103 fii \u00een c\u0103rucior cu rotile.<br \/>\nDar totu\u0219i astea sunt oarecum excep\u021bii \u0219i \u00een alte domenii nu func\u021bioneaz\u0103 deloc: a\u021bi accepta \u00eendrumare financiara de la un mort de foame? A\u021bi accepta sfaturi dietetice de la un obez?<\/p>\n<p>Deci, datorita specificului activit\u0103\u021bii de coach, incoerenta dintre ceea ce spune clien\u021bilor \u0219i ceea ce face mi se pare devastatoare pentru rela\u021bia cu un client \u0219i, mai ales, \u00een vederea ob\u021binerii rezultatelor de performanta.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen viziunea mea, <strong>un coach este, \u00een primul rand, un model pentru ceilal\u021bi \u0219i nu numai pentru clien\u021bi; este cineva care te inspira s\u0103 dai cel mai bun din tine, uneori prin simpla s\u0103 prezenta<\/strong> (\u0219i cred c\u0103 to\u021bi cunoa\u0219tem persoane care au acest efect asupra noastr\u0103, \u0219i care poate nu au auzit niciodat\u0103 de cuv\u00e2ntul \u201ccoaching\u201d)<\/p>\n<p>\u0218i singura cale de a ob\u021bine acest rezultat este de a comunica prin propriile ac\u021biuni c\u0103 anumite tr\u0103s\u0103turi de succes, s\u0103n\u0103tate, echilibru, autostim\u0103, rezultate \u2013 tr\u0103s\u0103turile de \u00eenving\u0103tor, daca ne place cuv\u00e2ntul \u2013 pot fi \u00eentr-adev\u0103r atinse urm\u0103rind parcursul pe care \u00eel propunem celorlal\u021bi. Lumea ar trebui s\u0103 con\u0219tientizeze, prin exemplul nostru personal, c\u0103 \u201c\u00eentr-adev\u0103r, se poate trai mai bine\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen timp ce daca tot ce oferim este lipsa de integritate, ne\u00eengrijire, nep\u0103sare \u0219i incoerenta, munca noastr\u0103 nu v\u0103 avea nici cel mai mic efect pozitiv.<\/p>\n<p>A\u0219a c\u0103 s\u0103 \u00eencercam s\u0103 folosim tehnica \u201cWalk what you talk\u201d \u00een munca noastr\u0103 de coachi: poate descoperim c\u0103 func\u021bioneaz\u0103 mai bine pentru rezultate \u0219i pentru CV-ul nostru dec\u00e2t 12 certific\u0103ri \u0219i 500 de ore de formare telefonica intercontinentala\u2026<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ai accepta sfaturi financiare de la un om care moare de foame?
